Additionally, with AdRoll's cross-channel attribution*, you can connect your Klaviyo account to the AdRoll platform to analyze your Klaviyo email and SMS conversions against your AdRoll web ads, social ads, and trusted source like Shopify, Google Analytics, etc. 

Klaviyo Data in Cross-Channel Attribution
With AdRoll’s cross-channel attribution*, connect your Klaviyo account to the AdRoll platform to centralize metrics from across your marketing channels. Eliminate the need to login to separate platforms to view and export metrics. Instead, integrate your campaign data and get one place to analyze and attribute across your marketing channels.

This integration allows you to view your Klaviyo email and sms campaigns and historical performance data. You can also set date ranges, filter by channel, choose your attribution model, and customize the dashboard with your preferred KPIs. 

Integrating & Importing Data for Attribution
Connecting Klaviyo is very straightforward, please follow these steps for easy integration:
  1. While logged into your AdRoll account, click on the “Integrations” button located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  2. Find “Klaviyo Attribution”, click on the tile which opens a modal with more information.
  3. Click on the “Connect Klaviyo” button.
  4. From there, a popup appears where you can log into your Klaviyo account.**

Once you connect successfully, any of your campaigns with activity in the last 12 months will automatically be added to the AdRoll platform where you will be able to view your Klaviyo campaigns alongside your display and social ad campaigns.
Initially your campaign data will take up to 24 hours to import, but after that, your Klaviyo data will be updated on an hourly basis including:
  • Campaign details (id, name, date, channel)
  • Opens (Email)
  • Key metrics: Clicks, delivered, bounced, revenue, conversions, marked as spam, unsubscribed
  • Failed to deliver (SMS)

A customer can connect their Klaviyo account to AdRoll to target their Klaviyo lists and segments in AdRoll web ad campaigns.
We ingest all Klaviyo lists and segments that have been created or edited in the last year. Klaviyo lists and segments will be in the Contacts UI and will be named Klaviyo segment name - (Klaviyo segment ID). 
Once the integration is done, the first import will run that night. They will be nightly moving forward.
No. For now, those are read only. They cannot be used to create AdRoll audiences and cannot be targeted in campaigns. They will not show up in any dynamic lists you build in AdRoll. We can only target lists and segments in campaigns. 
  1. New/existing AdRoll web campaigns (outside of automations)
  2. Imported social campaigns

No. These are only able to be used in AdRoll ad campaigns for now.
