TikTok and AdRoll
Integrate your TikTok advertising account with the AdRoll platform to gain a holistic view of all your marketing efforts within one interface. Once your account is connected to our platform, you can create omni-channel ad campaigns using AdRoll's automation builder, view all your channel campaigns’ performance side-by-side and edit campaigns for greater optimization. Seamless bi-directional import of your ads and audience data from your social channels into the AdRoll interface —  for anything active in the past 12 months — ensures all your data stays in sync.

How does it work?
Connecting your TikTok account is very straightforward, please follow these three steps for easy integration:
  1. While logged into your AdRoll account, click on the “Integrations” button located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  2. Hover over a tile for one of our supported social channels and click on the “Get Started” directional that appears.
  3. From there, a popup appears where you can log into your social business/ad manager account.

Note: You can only select an ad account that uses the same currency as your AdRoll account (e.g. if your AdRoll account uses USD, you can only select USD ad accounts). If your TikTok ad account for example uses EU and AdRoll uses USD, we will not be able to integrate your account due to currency differences.

Once you connect successfully, your existing TikTok campaigns will be automatically added to the AdRoll platform where you will be able to view your social campaigns alongside your AdRoll campaigns.

Note: Initially your campaign data will take 24 hours to import but after that, it will be updated on an hourly basis.

Navigating your Integrated Social Campaigns
Imported social campaigns will carry one year of historical data into the AdRoll dashboard and we only import campaigns that have spent in the past year. Additionally, all ads and audiences imported with social campaigns will live in our ads library and can be used in any other campaign for that channel.

TikTok Data in Cross-Channel Attribution
With AdRoll’s cross-channel attribution*, connect your TikTok advertising account to the AdRoll platform to centralize metrics from across your marketing channels. Eliminate the need to login to separate platforms to view and export metrics. Instead, integrate your campaign data to make informed decisions to best optimize performance and allocate budget across your marketing channels. 

This product allows you to view your TikTok campaigns, ad groups, ads, and historical performance data from the API alongside UTM-tracked conversions. You can also set date ranges, filter by channel, choose your attribution model, and customize the dashboard with your preferred KPIs.
